From the Dallas Observer:
Josh Venable, host of KDGE-FM\’s The Adventure Club, will be the guest curator at the Dallas Museum of Art for its Come Forward: Emerging Music in Texas \”exhibit\” on May 9–basically, a concert that ties into the museum\’s current showcase of up-and-coming visual artists. In his role as curator, Venable has assembled a bill that includes the Deathray Davies, Cordelane (featuring Adventure Club fave Taylor Reed), 41 Gorgeous Blocks and Panda. The show happens at 9 p.m. in the museum\’s atrium and it is free. Enjoy…

This Friday night (April 11th) we\’ll be playing a FREE show at Bar of Soap (3615 Perry Ave) in Dallas. Also performing will be Henry Holt. Come have a beer and do a load of laundry. 21 and up.

On April 19th, we\’ll be out in Denton playing this year\’s Denton Palooza. I\’m not sure of the details yet, but I do know that it\’s ALL AGES and will be early in the day- sometime between noon and 5pm. Other bands playing are DV8, The Immigrants, Twin Jewels, The Sequel. Details coming soon!

We\’ll also be playing at the Dallas Museum of Art on May 9th with Deathray Davies among others. Check back for details to this one…

Finally, we\’re happy to announce that once again we\’ll be participating in this year\’s Yuppie Fest on Saturday, May 24th. If you don\’t know what this is, check out their website to find out more about the best ALL AGES festival DFW has ever seen.
